San Diego has been home to Parham since 1981, when his family immigrated to the U.S. In 1984, Parham moved to Poway from Cardiff-by-the-Sea, and since then, has been a resident of the Poway/Rancho Bernardo area. After graduating from Mt. Carmel High, Parham attended Palomar College and San Diego State University, where he obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Political Science. He then pursued his Juris Doctor degree on scholarship at the prestigious University of San Diego School of Law. Upon his graduation and subsequent admission to the California Bar in 2001, he began his legal career as an intern for a local federal judge. This experience provided him with impressive real life negotiation strategies and skills that he relies on everyday in all of his real estate endeavors.
While still practicing law part-time, primarily in the areas of real estate and business litigation, Parham has shifted his primary focus to real estate over the last seven years and enjoys the successes and friendships that he has achieved and gained as a result. After seven successful years with Re/Max Associates of La Jolla, and numerous national achievement awards, Parham and his wife, Heidi, decided to establish their own local brokerage, Esquire Realty, in early 2009. Heidi's experience in the real estate industry began when she was just a child growing up in Toronto, Canada in a family of custom home builders. As a young girl, Heidi would spend her summers on building sites with her father, choosing tile and carpet for newly completed custom homes. Heidi moved to San Diego in 1997 when she and Parham got married. Shortly thereafter, Heidi began law school at the prestigious University of San Diego School of Law which awarded her an entrance scholarship. Heidi was admitted to practice law after successfully completing the California bar in July 2001. Heidi has since amassed a wealth of experience both litigating real estate disputes and negotiating residential and commercial real estate transactions on behalf of her clients.
When Parham and Heidi first discovered 4S Ranch in 2000, they decided to make it their permanent home. Shortly thereafter, they purchased their own home in the Providence development, where they live with their three children, Noah, Nikki and Naya.
Today, Parham and Heidi are proud to have bought and sold over 30 homes in 4S Ranch, Bernardo Springs, Del Sur, Santaluz and Santa Fe valley for clients, friends and family.
